ABOUT US
University of Maryland, College Park is one of 25 institutions nationwide that will recruit families to participate in the HBCD Study. The HBCD Study is housed in the Seneca Building located in College Park, Maryland. Families in the HBCD Study will complete their assessments in the Prevention & Early Adversity Research Lab located on the 1st floor and the Child Development Lab located on the 2nd floor. MRI scans will occur at the Maryland Neuroimaging Center. Scans take place during natural sleep. In all facilities, we have family-friendly waiting and interview rooms, with comfortable furniture for parents and toys/books for children.
