ACERCA DE NOSOTROS<\/h2>\n

Nuestro equipo del Estudio sobre el Cerebro Sano y el Desarrollo Infantil (HEALthy Brain and Child Development<\/em>, HBCD) en University of Minnesota, \u00e1rea metropolitana de Minnesota, est\u00e1 encantado de participar en esta investigaci\u00f3n pionera. Nuestro equipo est\u00e1 dirigido por el Dr. Michael Georgieff, la Dra. Sylia Wilson y la Dra. Anna Zilverstand. El estudio HBCD se llevar\u00e1 a cabo en Masonic Institute for the Developing Brain. Nuestro equipo incluye psic\u00f3logos cl\u00ednicos, un experto en neuroimagenolog\u00eda, asistentes de investigaci\u00f3n y dos m\u00e9dicos con amplia experiencia en salud maternoinfantil. Tambi\u00e9n contamos con personal formado en salud p\u00fablica y trabajo social. Nuestras tres orientadoras del estudio ayudar\u00e1n a los participantes en cada paso del camino. Una de ellas ha vivido en carne propia el trastorno por consumo de sustancias. Estamos aqu\u00ed para vincularlo con los recursos de la comunidad si lo precisa y tambi\u00e9n tenemos un armario de recursos con art\u00edculos de primera necesidad, como pa\u00f1ales, toallitas y leche de f\u00f3rmula. Y, lo que es m\u00e1s importante: \u00a1queremos que las visitas de estudio sean una experiencia agradable, conveniente y divertida para nuestras familias! En la sala de espera hay una zona de juegos donde las familias pueden jugar. Tambi\u00e9n tenemos una sala tranquila y separada donde las madres y sus beb\u00e9s pueden descansar. Nuestra instituci\u00f3n se compromete a acoger a todo el mundo y a reclutar personas en todo Minnesota. Le agradecemos a todas las familias que han dedicado su tiempo a formar parte de este estudio.
